Something Around UPDATE 2.0
Something Around 2.0 has arrived with improvements and fixes!
Thanks to player feedback and YouTube gameplay videos.
These improvements include:
• The game is slightly brighter to improve visibility (but not too much);
• Now with the option to play without the VHS or PSX graphic styles and with the possibility to change the graphic styles in-game;

• The notes now have an indicator above them to draw players' attention and not go unnoticed. Many players were unable to find the notes, and with this change, more players should be able to find them;

• Interactive objects now have an outline. When you reach their interaction area, the outline is activated to indicate an interactive object;

• The living room lamp illuminates the room better;
• The character's flashlight remains on after the wake-up cutscene, for consistency with the cutscene;
• Fixed an issue where the character's footstep audio did not change correctly when entering the generator room;
• Now, after watching the death cutscene in the area near the end of the game at least once, it is possible to skip the scene on subsequent deaths;
• Now the game has some gore;
• In the backyard, the hallway “jumpscare” has been replaced with something simpler that fits the game better;
• The game has key details that the player should see, but most of the time these details go unnoticed, so things have been added to catch the player's attention and increase the chances of them seeing these key details;
• And other small details to make the experience better and more immersive.
This Update is Available NOW!
Thank you all for playing!!
